• For everyone's health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on SoothingPetals™ Ice & Heat Packs and/or RoseRelief™ Postpartum Underwear.

• All other items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused and in new condition.
• Original packaging must be intact.
